The image above is from my original painting – “BITE.”
This 2021 art piece is part three of my SPACE LIPS collection. My inspiration to paint this 12″ X 12″ canvas came from my lips, stars, and biting. I wanted to project how I envision my lips relishing my love for space and the stars. In other words, I painted one voluptuous lips in the center of the canvas revealing an intimate lip expression. I included different size stars and a passionate bold color to express sensual emotions. In addition, I painted the bold red lips one simple color with no blending to imitate how the lips would look like IF it were digital art! The best part about creating is being able to use my own lips as a muse to paint!
