This 2021 canvas was a spiritual adventure to create and paint! My inspiration to paint this intricate 12″ X 12″ canvas came from my dreams, space, and portals. I wanted to project how I envision a source coming from another dimension. In other words, I wanted to incorporate a slightly opened eye that is waking up due to activation. In addition, I painted a purplish lavender galaxy revealing a geometric portal with a colorful path leading to multiple layers of doors. Doorways and pathways have always intrigued me whether it be paintings, real life, or in my dreams. Luckily, my portal paintings have freed my creations.
