The image above is from my original painting, “Late Night Drive.”
This 2022 piece was so chill to paint. My inspiration to paint this 12″ X 12″ canvas came from a trip to the mountains, the stars, and an open road. I wanted to project how I envision a late night drive. In other words, I wanted to incorporate a mountain scenery with a road to nowhere. In addition, I painted a yellow full moon to illuminate a long drive at night. As an artist, it’s important to nourish your imagination by creating whatever comes to mind! Thankfully, inspiration is everywhere around you.
