This 2020 art piece is part one of my REALM series! My inspiration to paint this 11″ X 14″ canvas came from islands, dragons, and portals! Portals can lead to ANYTHING. I wanted to project how I visualize an enchanted portal coming from space. In other words, I painted a realm where dragons fly in a galaxy surrounded by floating islands. I also painted a luminous moon to reveal the treasures on the two islands. I included dragon eggs, mountains, and the enchanted portal to give it a sci-fi/fantasy vibe. In addition, I painted an inner world inside the portal to emphasize the foreshadow of another idea. Without a doubt, my dreams are coming to Life.
