This canvas was originally the beginning of painting space themed art in 2014. At the time, I needed to discover if I could create the illusion of a portal. I thought about painting a tiny creature that would peek through the portal. From that thought, I painted that image with open eyes. If anything, I wanted this pink dude to surprise me.
